Garlic Butter Fish, Broccoli, and Tomatoes
Steamed RiceIngredients
- 1 (4-oz) container garlic butter spread
- 2 lb tilapia fillets (thawed, if frozen)
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Melt garlic butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Brush about 3 Tbsp garlic butter on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Arrange fish, broccoli, and tomatoes on baking sheet; drizzle with remaining garlic butter, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Scatter lemon slices over fish and broccoli.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
