Quick and Easy Bang Bang Shrimp Sandwiches
Potato Chips and Chilled GrapesIngredients
- 1 (18-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 (6-count) pkg sub rolls
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Fill sub rolls with lettuce, cucumber, and shrimp. Sprinkle with onions.
