Ingredients

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 (6-count) pkg sub rolls
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
  3. Fill sub rolls with lettuce, cucumber, and shrimp. Sprinkle with onions.

  • 1 lb seedless grapes, chilled
