Date-Nut "Cereal"

Ingredients
- ½ cup raw almonds
- ½ cup shelled raw pistachios
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut chips
- ½ cup chopped dried dates
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 (13.5-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread nuts and coconut on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until fragrant, stirring once halfway through baking.
- Combine nut mixture and dates. Divide mixture among 4 bowls; top with banana slices.
- Serve with desired amount of coconut milk.
