Quick and Easy Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients

  • ½ (18-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • ½ Tbsp honey
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
  3. Arrange lettuce on a serving platter; top with shrimp, and sprinkle with green onions.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (7-oz) pkg coconut-ginger rice
  • ½ (6-oz) pkg sliced mango, chopped
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg microwavable snow peas

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions; fluff with a fork and stir in mango.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave snow peas according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
