Quick and Easy Bang Bang Shrimp
Mango-Coconut Rice and Snow Peas
Ingredients
- ½ (18-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
- 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ½ Tbsp honey
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Arrange lettuce on a serving platter; top with shrimp, and sprinkle with green onions.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (7-oz) pkg coconut-ginger rice
- ½ (6-oz) pkg sliced mango, chopped
- 1 (6-oz) pkg microwavable snow peas
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions; fluff with a fork and stir in mango.
- Meanwhile, microwave snow peas according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
