One-Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup white wine (or use broth)
  • 3½ cups beef broth
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in mustard. Add wine, and cook 2 minutes.
  2. Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
