One-Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ cup white wine (or use broth)
- 3½ cups beef broth
- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in mustard. Add wine, and cook 2 minutes.
- Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
