Cheesy Bacon-and-Kale Ravioli Skillet Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated three-cheese ravioli
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in kale and red pepper; cook 1 minute or until kale is wilted.
- Stir in ravioli and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon.
