Cheesy Bacon-and-Kale Ravioli Skillet Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated three-cheese ravioli
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  3. Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in kale and red pepper; cook 1 minute or until kale is wilted.
  4. Stir in ravioli and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon.
