Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 (10.25-oz) can cream of chicken soup (or other cream soup)
- 1 (16-oz) carton sour cream (see Note)
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Spoon into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 45 minutes or until top is golden. Let stand 10 minutes.
