Honey-Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 lb carrots, diagonally sliced or cut into sticks
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a greased, large rimmed baking sheet. Spread carrots in a single layer.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring once.
