Honey-Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lb carrots, diagonally sliced or cut into sticks
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a greased, large rimmed baking sheet. Spread carrots in a single layer.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring once.
