Mexican Street Corn
Ingredients
- 6 ears corn, shucked (or use frozen ears corn)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¾ cup crumbled Cotija cheese
- 1 large lime, cut into 6 wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn, covered, 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and tender, turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, and chili powder in a small bowl. Spread over hot corn; sprinkle with cheese, and serve with lime wedges.
