Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn, shucked (or use frozen ears corn)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¾ cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 1 large lime, cut into 6 wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn, covered, 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and tender, turning occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, and chili powder in a small bowl. Spread over hot corn; sprinkle with cheese, and serve with lime wedges.
