Broccoli with Walnuts and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 lb broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together broccoli, oil, salt, and pepper on a large, greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until almost tender.
  2. Add nuts and garlic. Bake 3 minutes longer or until nuts are toasted and broccoli is browned.
