Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss potatoes with oil on a greased rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and desired amount of salt and pepper.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until browned and tender, turning once.
