Broccoli Rice

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 lb broccoli crown, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions; add chopped broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking.
  2. Stir in butter and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
