Macaroni Ranch Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (8.5-oz) pouch ready elbows pasta
- 1 (15-oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup canned corn kernels
- ½ cup fresh salsa
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
- ½ Tbsp Mexican seasoning (or use taco seasoning mix)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Toss pasta with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
