Chili-Lime Flank Steak
Pineapple-Bell Pepper Relish
Ingredients
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 lb flank steak, trimmed
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, honey, garlic, chipotle chili powder, and cilantro in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag; add steak. Seal and chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat broiler. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle steak with salt. Place steak on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
- Broil 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.

- 1 (16-oz) container cored pineapple, chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
