Chicken Burrito Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen microwavable brown rice
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken breast, skin removed
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup refrigerated salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Combine cooked rice, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Divide lettuce among 4 serving bowls; top with rice mixture, chicken, cheese, salsa, avocado, and sour cream.
