Creamy Basil Chicken Salad over Greens

Ingredients
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 1 avocado, halved
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 (10-oz) pkg baby spinach
- ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over low heat 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant.
- Mash avocado with a fork until chunky. Add mayonnaise, lime juice, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Add chicken and tomatoes; stir well.
- Toss together spinach and dressing in a bowl. Spoon chicken salad over spinach; sprinkle with nuts.
