Parmesan Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 center cut boneless pork chops
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Lightly beat eggs in a separate shallow bowl. Dip porks in beaten eggs, letting excess drip off. Dredge pork chops in panko mixture, pressing firmly to coat.
  2. Cook pork chops in hot oil, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done.
