Parmesan Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 6 center cut boneless pork chops
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Lightly beat eggs in a separate shallow bowl. Dip porks in beaten eggs, letting excess drip off. Dredge pork chops in panko mixture, pressing firmly to coat.
- Cook pork chops in hot oil, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done.
