Chicken and Dumpling Casserole

Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10¾-oz) can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour butter into a 13- x- 9-inch baking dish. Spread chicken over butter.
- Whisk together milk, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour slowly over chicken, and do not stir.
- Whisk together chicken broth and soup. Pour over flour mixture, and do not stir.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until dumplings are golden brown.
