Oven Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a small bowl. Rub mixture over pork, and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil and brown pork on all sides.
- Transfer pork to a baking dish, and add about ½ inch water to dish.
- Cover with foil and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
