Oven Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a small bowl. Rub mixture over pork, and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil and brown pork on all sides.
  3. Transfer pork to a baking dish, and add about ½ inch water to dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
