Cheesy Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
- ½ cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together breadcrumbs, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken in melted butter; coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken strips in a greased shallow baking dish; drizzle with any remaining butter.
- Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
