Cheesy Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together breadcrumbs, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken in melted butter; coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Place chicken strips in a greased shallow baking dish; drizzle with any remaining butter.
  4. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
