Oven-Fried Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 sleeve round buttery crackers, crushed
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¾ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 lb chicken drumsticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together mustard, mayonnaise, water, and Worcestershire in a bowl. Stir together crackers, cheese, paprika, and salt in a second shallow bowl.
- Brush chicken with mustard mixture; dredge in cracker mixture. Place on a greased wire rack on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads at least 165°F.
