Oven-Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 sleeve round buttery crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 lb chicken drumsticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together mustard, mayonnaise, water, and Worcestershire in a bowl. Stir together crackers, cheese, paprika, and salt in a second shallow bowl.
  2. Brush chicken with mustard mixture; dredge in cracker mixture. Place on a greased wire rack on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads at least 165°F.
