Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 lb bone-in, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 (8.8-oz) pkg crunchy taco kit
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) container guacamole

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, onion, diced tomatoes and green chiles, and taco seasoning mix from kit in a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until chicken is done. Remove chicken from cooker; shred chicken, discarding bones.
  3. Toss shredded chicken with mixture in cooker to moisten.
  4. Heat taco shells according to package directions.
  5. Serve chicken in shells drizzled with taco sauce from kit. Top with sour cream and guacamole.
