Crunchy Buffalo Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- ½ (24-oz) pkg frozen popcorn chicken
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Bake onion rings and popcorn chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together melted butter and wing sauce. Dip popcorn chicken in mixture to coat.
- Toss together lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese; divide among 2 plates. Top with onion rings, buffalo chicken nuggets, and avocado. Serve with Ranch.
