Chili-Lime Flank Steak
Pineapple-Bell Pepper RelishIngredients
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb flank steak, trimmed
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, cilantro, honey, chipotle chili powder, and garlic in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag; add steak. Seal and chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat broiler. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle steak with salt. Place steak on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
- Broil 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
