Spaghetti Toast

- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (15-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (11.75-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese garlic bread (such as Pepperidge Farm)
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain and season with salt and pepper. Add marinara sauce; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
- Bake bread according to package directions. Cool slightly, and slice desired amount of bread. Save remaining bread for another meal.
- Spoon meat sauce over sliced cheesy bread; sprinkle with Parmesan.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (6-oz) pkg sweet butter lettuce
- 1 red apple, chopped
- ½ cup strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup blackberries
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup raspberry vinaigrette (or use other sweet dressing)
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients except vinaigrette in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss.
