Turkey Burgers with Garlic-Herb Cheese
Spicy Cauliflower Tots
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1¼ lb ground turkey
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 head Bibb lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1 (6.5-oz) pkg garlic-herb spreadable cheese (such as Alouette)
- 1 tomato, cut into 6 slices
Instructions
- Grate zucchini on large holes of a box grater. Squeeze between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Combine zucchini, shallots, turkey, salt, pepper, panko, and egg in a large bowl. Shape into 6 patties.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Arrange lettuce in 6 stacks, using 2 leaves per stack. Top with burgers. Spread cheese over burgers; top with tomato.

- 1½ (16-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower tots (such as Green Giant)
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake tots according to package directions. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper; toss.
