Pesto Pasta with Tomatoes and Mozzarella
Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg linguine
- 1 (8-oz) jar pesto
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (8-oz) pkg fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1 cup cooking water. Return pasta to pot, and stir in pesto and reserved cooking water. Cook, stirring often, over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
- Stir in tomatoes and cheese.

- 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Place bread, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Combine butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl; spread over cut sides of bread. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes or until browned and crisp.
