Ravioli with Spring Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed ham
- 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions, reserving 1 cup cooking water.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large, deep nonstick skillet over medium heat; cook until butter begins to brown and smells nutty. Add garlic, ham, and mushrooms; cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms begin to brown. Stir in snap peas and green peas; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add ravioli to skillet, and toss with ham mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to make a thin sauce. Divide mixture among 6 plates; sprinkle with cheese.
