Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks
Mini Corn and Easy Fruit SaladIngredients
- 4 lb chicken drumsticks
- 2½ cups sweet barbecue sauce
- 1½ cups peach preserves
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard (or use yellow mustard)
Instructions
- Sprinkle drumsticks lightly with salt, and place in a greased 5- or 6-quart slow cooker.
- Whisk together barbecue sauce, peach preserves, and mustard. Pour over chicken in cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until drumsticks are tender.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-count) pkg frozen mini ears corn
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries
- 1 cored pineapple, cubed
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook corn according to package directions; drain and season with butter and salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss together fruit in a bowl; chill until ready to serve.
