Salsa-Ranch Chicken, Black Bean and Corn Salad

Whole-Grain Chips


  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
  • 3 Tbsp refrigerated salsa
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken breast (without skin)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce


  1. Cook corn according to package directions; cool.
  2. Stir together dressing and salsa.
  3. Combine beans, chicken, corn, tomatoes, onion and lettuce in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss.

  • ½ (7-oz) pkg whole-grain tortilla chips
