Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or use 1½ lb chicken tenderloins)
  • 1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (8-oz) bottle Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut each chicken breast into strips.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Pour Ranch dressing in a second shallow bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken strip in Ranch; roll in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place chicken on a wire rack on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake 25 minutes or until done. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
