Baked Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or use 1½ lb chicken tenderloins)
- 1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (8-oz) bottle Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut each chicken breast into strips.
- Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Pour Ranch dressing in a second shallow bowl.
- Dip each chicken strip in Ranch; roll in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place chicken on a wire rack on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake 25 minutes or until done. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
