Ketchup-Topped Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  •  2 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup ketchup, divided
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tsp Greek seasoning
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Gently mix beef, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup ketchup, Worcestershire, and seasoning using your hands. Shape in a loaf, and place in a 9-x 5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Bake 1 hour. Carefully drain and discard drippings.
  3. Mix ½ cup ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard; spread over meat loaf in pan. Bake 15 minutes longer or until center of loaf is no longer pink. Cool slightly, and slice.
