Skillet-Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 6 (4-oz) boneless pork chops
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs and water in a shallow bowl. Combine flour and paprika in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Dip pork, in batches, in egg mixture; add to bag. Seal bag, and shake to coat.
  3. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper while warm.
