Skillet-Fried Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp water
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 6 (4-oz) boneless pork chops
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk together eggs and water in a shallow bowl. Combine flour and paprika in a large zip-top plastic bag.
- Dip pork, in batches, in egg mixture; add to bag. Seal bag, and shake to coat.
- Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper while warm.
