Cheese Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 (8-oz) balls fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced (or use 4 cups shredded mozzarella)
  • 2 large Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup (or more) chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pizza crusts 3 minutes. Remove from grill.
  2. Stir garlic into oil; brush tops of pizzas with garlic oil. Top each pizza with cheese, tomato, and onion.
  3. Grill 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil. Cut into wedges.
