Burgers on the Grill

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ tsp prepared horseradish
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- Curly leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Gently mix together beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, horseradish, salt, and pepper using your hands. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill, covered, 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink. Top each patty with cheese; grill 2 minutes or just until cheese is melted.
- Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, and desired condiments.
