Burgers on the Grill

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1½ tsp prepared horseradish
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • Curly leaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Gently mix together beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, horseradish, salt, and pepper using your hands. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  2. Grill, covered, 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink. Top each patty with cheese; grill 2 minutes or just until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, and desired condiments.
