Bacon-Mashed Potato Pizza
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 crown broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until bacon is crisp; drain. Crumble bacon.
- Meanwhile, unroll dough on a large rimmed baking sheet or pizza pan. Prick all over with a fork; bake 7 minutes or until crust is beginning to brown.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions; spread over partially baked crust. Top with onion, broccoli, cheese, and bacon.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Cut into thin slices.
