Ingredients

  • 6 (4-oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fillets, skin side down, on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  2. Stir together mustard, honey, and cayenne pepper; brush on fillets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
