Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • ¾ cup pimiento cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Shape beef into 6 patties; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Cook, in batches, in a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  2. Top with pimiento cheese; cover and cook 1 minute or until melted.
  3. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.
