Bistro Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- ¾ cup pimiento cheese
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Shape beef into 6 patties; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Cook, in batches, in a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Top with pimiento cheese; cover and cook 1 minute or until melted.
- Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.
