Pesto Pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 (6-count) pkg pita bread rounds (preferably whole wheat)
- 6 Tbsp pesto
- 1 (8-oz) block part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup oil-packed julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pitas on a large baking sheet; brush each pita with 1 Tbsp pesto. Sprinkle with cheese, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pitas are crisp.
