Ingredients

  • 1 (6-count) pkg pita bread rounds (preferably whole wheat)
  • 6 Tbsp pesto
  • 1 (8-oz) block part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup oil-packed julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pitas on a large baking sheet; brush each pita with 1 Tbsp pesto. Sprinkle with cheese, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
  2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pitas are crisp.
