Broiled Rosemary-Lemon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler with oven rack 6 inches from heat. Arrange fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet; brush with oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Broil 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with rosemary. Squeeze juice from lemon wedges over fillets.
