Broiled Rosemary-Lemon Salmon
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat broiler with oven rack 6 inches from heat. Arrange fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet; brush with oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Broil 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with rosemary. Squeeze juice from lemon wedges over fillets.
