Salmon Salad with Avocado and Blueberries

Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach and mixed baby greens
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Cook salmon in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, toss together salad mix, avocados, blueberries, and walnuts in a large bowl; drizzle with vinaigrette. Divide among 2 plates and serve with salmon.
