Tex-Mex Taco Salad
Ingredients
- ½ (12-oz) pkg tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 (15.25-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15.25-oz) can corn, drained
- ½ cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup Catalina dressing
Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl; divide among 2 plates. Serve with dressing.
