Ingredients

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 (15.25-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15.25-oz) can corn, drained
  • ½ cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup Catalina dressing

Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl; divide among 2 plates. Serve with dressing.
