Turkey Burgers with Garlic-Herb Cheese
Spicy Cauliflower TotsIngredients
- ½ cup grated zucchini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ lb ground turkey
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp panko breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
- 4 Bibb lettuce leaves
- ¼ cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese (such as Alouette)
- 2 tomato slices
Instructions
- Combine zucchini, garlic, turkey, salt, pepper, panko, and egg white in a large bowl. Shape into 2 patties.
- Preheat grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Arrange lettuce in 2 stacks, using 2 leaves per stack. Top with burgers. Spread cheese over burgers; top with tomato.

- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower tots (such as Green Giant)
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake tots according to package directions. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper; toss.
