Grilled Barbecue Pork Tenderloin
Wilted Slaw with Bacon and CeleryIngredients
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tsp honey
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Stir together ketchup, vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, honey, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Divide sauce in half; reserve half to serve with cooked pork.
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Grill, turning occasionally, 15 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce and grill, turning occasionally, until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 145°F, about 5 minutes. Serve with reserved ¼ cup sauce.

- 5 slices bacon, chopped
- 1½ Tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2½ cups angel hair coleslaw (about ½ [10-oz] pkg)
- 1 cup sliced celery
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain, reserving 1½ Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Whisk vinegar and mustard into hot drippings in skillet.
- Toss together coleslaw, celery, bacon, and vinegar mixture in a bowl. Add pepper to taste.
