Grilled Rosemary-Lemon Chicken
Brussels Sprouts Sauté
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp dried crushed rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Squeeze lemon juice over chicken; brush with oil, and sprinkle with rosemary mixture.
- Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, 6 to 8 minutes per side or until done, turning occasionally.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup water
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook Brussels sprouts in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until beginning to brown.
- Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes or until tender. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
