Grilled Rosemary-Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp dried crushed rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken; brush with oil, and sprinkle with rosemary mixture.
  3. Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, 6 to 8 minutes per side or until done, turning occasionally.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup water

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook Brussels sprouts in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until beginning to brown.
  2. Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes or until tender. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
