Pull-Apart Pizza Bread
Broccoli Slaw with Apple and Cranberries
Ingredients
- 2 (1-lb) balls bakery pizza dough (or use 2 [13.8-oz] cans refrigerated pizza dough)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pepperoni minis
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 lb ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 (3.5-oz) pkg sliced pepperoni
- 1 (15-oz) can pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut pizza dough into 1-inch pieces, and place in a bowl; add oil, tossing to coat dough. Stir in pepperoni minis, mozzarella, and ½ cup Parmesan.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage and large pepperoni in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain well.
- Layer half of pizza dough mixture in a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; top with sausage mixture.
- Arrange remaining pizza dough mixture over sausage; sprinkle with ½ cup Parmesan.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until dough is completely baked, covering with foil halfway through baking to prevent excess browning, if needed. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
- Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 1 large sweet apple, chopped
- ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp chopped peanuts (optional)
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add broccoli slaw, apple, cranberries, and, if desired, nuts; toss.
