Hamburger Steaks

Roasted Red Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • ½ cup steak sauce or ketchup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently mix together beef, Worcestershire, and seasoning using your hands; shape into 6 patties.
  2. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  3. Serve with steak sauce or ketchup, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 red potatoes, quartered
  • 1½ lb carrots, cut into ½-inch-thick sticks
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together potatoes and carrots with oil on a rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
