Hamburger Steaks
Roasted Red Potatoes and Carrots
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- ½ cup steak sauce or ketchup (optional)
Instructions
- Gently mix together beef, Worcestershire, and seasoning using your hands; shape into 6 patties.
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Serve with steak sauce or ketchup, if desired.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 8 to 10 red potatoes, quartered
- 1½ lb carrots, cut into ½-inch-thick sticks
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together potatoes and carrots with oil on a rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
