Sheet Pan Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 crown broccoli, cut into florets
- ½ (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms
- ½ (8-oz) pkg snow peas
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- ½ red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 carrots, sliced
- ½ cup gluten-free stir-fry sauce (such as Passage Foods)
- 1½ tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients except sesame seeds on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
