Mac-and-Cheese Pizza
Lemon-Parmesan SaladIngredients
- 1 (7.25-oz) pkg macaroni and cheese dinner
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- ½ (3.5-oz) pkg sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Stir in eggs. Press mixture onto a lightly greased pizza pan to form pizza crust. Bake 15 minutes or until beginning to brown.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain well.
- Spread pizza sauce over macaroni and cheese "crust." Top with beef, pepperoni, and cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of macaroni and cheese are lightly browned.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Add lettuce; toss. Sprinkle with cheese.
