Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ (8-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Waffle cones, broken into pieces
  • Graham crackers, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Beat ricotta and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Add sugar and vanilla; beat well.
  2. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in chocolate chips. Transfer dip to a bowl.
  3. Serve immediately with waffle cones and graham crackers for dipping, or chill until ready to serve.
