Cannoli Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ (8-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Waffle cones, broken into pieces
- Graham crackers, broken into pieces
Instructions
- Beat ricotta and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Add sugar and vanilla; beat well.
- Fold in whipped topping. Fold in chocolate chips. Transfer dip to a bowl.
- Serve immediately with waffle cones and graham crackers for dipping, or chill until ready to serve.
